Off to a great start, Drawing Fundamentals has seen participants exploring their drawing kits and the art materials they contain! The different personalities of pencil, charcoal, conte, oil pastel and ink on various paper surfaces is being investigated. Currently we are exploring cross hatching methods, round and elliptical shapes, form, depth, light and shade. Our subject matter has been luscious lemons, curious capsicums, adorable aubergines and opalescent onions! During Term 1 we will cover plant life, portraiture and hands and light industrial landscapes and shapes. There are 4 places available going to print and you are welcome to join in at any stage of this course, beginners to intermediate.
